Christo Laoudis, Lioness with Cubs
Recent transfer student in fine arts to Mason Gross, I have just completed my associates in the winter at Bergen Community College. I have a strong passion in the fine arts as well as art history. My work in the past consists of mostly still lifes as well as live models, with a couple of paintings based on collages or photo references of rural areas or landscapes, including animals. Primarily I work with soft pastels, charcoal, and oil paint. I tend to be experimental in my paintings, glueing fabrics and clay to the canvas to increase the boldness and dimensionality of the work. So far I have displayed some works in the bergen community college halls, but other than that I have not displayed anywhere else. I am looking to jump at any opportunities that I am given.

Anjali Patel, Lioness with Cub
Anjali Patel is a multidisciplinary artist whose work explores identity, feminism, and feminine life through a mix of realism and abstraction. Drawing from personal experience and cultural narratives, she uses vivid imagery and expressive techniques to create portraits that blur the line between the fantastical and the real. Each piece tells a layered story—one that invites viewers to reflect on self, society, and transformation. Patel holds a BA in Fine Arts Education from Kean University and works across silkscreen, linocut, acrylic, and charcoal. In addition to her studio practice, she teaches art, encouraging young creatives to find their voice through visual storytelling.
